Ballots for the diaspora arrive in Albania - CEC publishes guide to help emigrants
250,724,000 ballots have arrived for voters living and working in different countries around the world. Chief Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi announced that ballots will arrive in Europe from April 15 to 22, while in other continents, such as America and beyond, ballots will arrive from April 15 to 25.
But what is the guideline for the voting procedure?
The Central Election Commission has already made public the guide that will help voters fill out the ballot correctly and at the same time not to make any notes on the envelope where they should put the ballot.
First, inside the postal service envelope there will be an envelope for returning the ballot, as well as envelope B, which contains the ballot, and envelope A in which the ballot will be placed. The CEC announces that the completion of the ballot will be done by voting in method A, only for the party or only for the coalition of parties, and method B, only for one of the candidates.
However, one should not vote for one party or coalition and at the same time for the candidate of another party or coalition, but should use the (x) or (+) sign inside the white box and vote with a blue or black pen.
Once you have finished voting, you must refold the ballot and place it in envelope A, in which you must insert only the ballot and you must make sure to seal it. Then, place envelope A inside envelope B and also make sure to seal it. The final procedure is to place envelope B inside the postal service envelope and contact the postal service courier to deliver the envelope.
