Malaj presents economic progress in Brussels

The Minister of Finance, Petrit Malaj, participated in Brussels as a speaker at the high-level panel "Enlargement and development: What the numbers tell us", an event chaired by the Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos.
During his speech, Malaj presented the steady progress that Albania is making towards convergence with the European Union, emphasizing that the Albanian economy is showing an increasingly solid performance.
According to him, above-average economic growth, the gradual reduction of public debt, increased investment and structural transformation are clear indicators of a more competitive economy and more resilient to global challenges.
