Tirana Municipality has announced the opening of the tender for the "Tirana Moons" installation. The estimated limit fund of this project is 38 million and 909 thousand ALL.
According to the documentation published in the Public Procurement Agency, the "Moon" modular structure is a spherical pavilion made mainly of wood and fabric.
The "Moon" module is composed of elements that are placed on top of each other in three stages of assembly and conception. The structure consists of a circular frame made of wooden ring beams. This modern design is aesthetic, making it visually pleasing, but it is also functional, with clear walkways and seating areas for groups to gather.
The space is optimized for interaction with the domes, which act as individual units that can accommodate different activities. The modular nature of the structure allows for flexibility.
According to the document, the floor will be constructed of wood and the bookcase modules are designed as individual units that offer flexibility, allowing for a versatile range of configurations and functions.
Wood is a renewable resource and its natural appearance helps the structure to integrate seamlessly with the exterior, minimizing its environmental impact.
The deadline for the submission of offers by operators is until January 21, 2025.
