Jaka-entrepreneurs: Let's do good parenting, for a brighter future! Stop

In the 128th anniversary of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Tirana, Chairman Nikolin Jaka delivered several important messages. He stopped at a detailed analysis of the work done throughout 2024 by DHTIT, starting from Business Forums, B2B, trainings aimed at developing skills and professional qualification, numerous projects in the service of private enterprise, where DHTIT now is a trusted partner of the European Union. And finally, lobbying and advocacy in order to protect business interests.

In the framework of this, Jaka had a call to the Albanian government and in particular to the Ministry of Economy.

"A sincere appeal to the Albanian government and in particular to MEKI to create working tables with joint experts from public administration and private enterprise administration, being convinced that only cooperation and coordination enables the right results", said Jaka.

The President of DHTIT insisted that Albanian entrepreneurship must make more efforts to overcome the "challenge of the century", that of the lack of human capital.

"A message for us private enterprises, you must have detailed strategies to keep the human capital in Albania, you must have detailed strategies to convince the human capital that we pay them properly, that they deserve to be paid, but also we make them aware of the responsibility they have to be as professional, as competent and as capable as possible to influence the economy of our country and this is the challenge of the century because human capital today is fragile and Albanian entrepreneurship he didn't understand. We should never expect the government to move the minimum wage, because in private enterprise the minimum wage set by the government should not be recognized, we must be one step ahead and we must see the competition, regional and why not global competition", said Collar.

In the end, inspired by the serious incident where a 14-year-old boy was killed after school by a peer, Jaka closed his speech with a prayer for all entrepreneurs.

"A call to all of us, I would beg all entrepreneurs to do a good and caring parenting for their children, I am convinced since the recent events, but not only, any of us could be a parent of to that child, any of us could be the parents of those children who are victims, therefore we must dedicate ourselves to the family, if it is impossible for the Albanian government to remove social networks, at least we must do our work, at home ours, we must create such mechanisms so that children are close to the family. (...), let's start without waiting for the next event", the chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Tirana, concluded his speech.
