Falja e gjobave për ndërtimet pa leje në fshat - Krashi: Vlera e masave administrative, rreth 10 milionë euro
Një grup deputetësh të Partisë Socialiste kanë ndërmarrë një nismë ligjore e cila është depozituar në Kuvend për amnistimin e gjobave për ato familje që kanë ndërtuar pa leje.
Konkretisht përmes këtij drafti, synohet të falën apo të fshihen të gjitha masat administrative te paekzekutuara, te vendosura nga data 1 janar 2015 deri ne 30 nentor 2024 ne zonat rurale të vendosura nga Inspektoriatet Vendore te Mbrojtjes se Territorit.
Deputeti I Partisë Socialiste, Lavdrim Krashi, nga studio e emisionit Box to Box, tha se vlera e gjobave arrin në rreth 10 mln euro.
Drafti parashikohen të amnistohen po ashtu të gjitha gjobat per subjektet qe merren me aktivitetin e prodhimit, perpunimit, ruajtjes, tregtimit te produkteve bujqesore dhe blegtorale ne zonat rurale, të vëna nga Autoriteti Kombëtar i Ushqimit, si edhe gobat për individet dhe subjektet qe nuk kane zbatuar rregullat e vendosura per administrimin e situates Covid-19 gjate periudhes se pandemise.
