Chelet "27th Book Fair" - 90 publishing houses from different countries of the region will be present
"Economic books, politics, history, reports and even children's books. These are the books you can find at the opening of the 27th Book Fair at the Palace of Congresses held from November 13 to November 17, where 90 publishing houses from Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and Macedonia participate."
Young and old, men and women who have filled the premises of the Palace of Congresses due to the opening of the 17th Book Fair.
Many were primary school children who bought books on impulse and from the many articles numbered for them, but also elderly people.
On the other hand, it seems that book sales have had an increasing trend from year to year. if we take as a basis only some of the main book publishing houses in the country, from 1.71 billion ALL annual turnover in 2021 to 1.75 billion ALL in 2022, or 40 million ALL more.
The same trend is expected to be until 2023. Meanwhile, the prices for 1 book vary from 500 lek, which are for children, to 3000 lek for different novels.
