Agricultural exports/ Denaj: Continuing the upward trend, 10% more than last year!
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Anila Denaj, informed today that agricultural exports have continued their upward trend for the period January-March 2025 by 10% in quantity, compared to the same period a year ago.
She also noted that the positive performance of the agricultural sector demonstrates the hard work of farmers who are making an irreplaceable contribution to the development of the sector and the strengthening of the "Made in Albania" brand.
"Albanian agricultural exports are today found in 80 international markets," said Denaj.
The Minister expressed the government's commitment to increasing support for farmers and domestic agricultural production.
"The transformation of the sector is a reality today, so we will continue supporting policies for all working people towards the government's goal of $1 billion in exports by 2030," she stated.
The 2025 budget addresses about 15 billion lek for agriculture and rural development, with priorities for financing farmers and strengthening the sustainability of the sector.
