The Albanian economy, "in the best days" - Foundation: Low inflation helped families to save from their income
Keeping inflation at low levels and under control, but also the downward trend of public and foreign debt, are some of the elements that show that the economy of our country continues to grow at a positive rate.
The Director of Monetary Policy at the Bank of Albania, Erald Themeli, has stated that the Albanian economy has continued to grow in the third quarter of the year, where this growth has been translated into the expansion of household incomes, or the improvement of the financial situation of businesses.
According to the Foundation, low inflation has helped families to maintain the value of their income and savings.
Inflation is forecast to hover around current levels during the remaining months of 2024 and gradually return to the 3% target during the first half of next year.
