December ends with over 3 thousand legalization decisions - ASHK: The process continues throughout the country
The State Cadastral Agency announces that during the month of December, 3,081 citizens throughout the country were provided with a legalization decision.
According to data from the State Cadastre Agency, the list of beneficiaries organized by local directorates has been published on the official website, offering citizens the opportunity to be transparently informed about their status.
Meanwhile, the electronic service "certificate for application for legalization of informal construction" enables every citizen to apply online through the e-Albania government portal, to receive a certificate proving that a construction is in the process of legalization.
After the 30-day period from the date of the legalization decision, beneficiaries have the right to apply for the relevant services through the e-Albania government portal. These services include the registration of the legalization decision, as well as the provision of a certificate of ownership, property card and cadastral map, documents that guarantee the legal recognition of the property.
The State Cadastral Agency emphasizes that the legalization process continues uninterruptedly throughout the country, guaranteeing transparency and standardized service for citizens.
