At 17:00, the deputies returned to the Assembly hall and completed the oath-taking procedure. 138 deputies were sworn in during this session, after 2 elected members announced that they had resigned from their mandate. They are Tom Doshi and Sabina Jorgo, both from the PSD. After these two resignations, the replacements are expected to be from the open list of the PSD. The two outgoing deputies were elected in the Shkodra district from the closed list. According to the results of the May 11 elections, the mandate is expected to go to the two most voted candidates from the open list of this district: Besnik Brahimi with 3614 votes and Shkurt Lasku with 2678 votes.
