"Angela Merkel", ready for the new school year - New 9-year school in Kamëz, with European standards
Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Minister of Education and Sports, Ogerta Manastirliu, inspected the works at the 9-year school "Angela Merkel" in Kamza, a building of contemporary standards, with 10 laboratories, 38 classrooms, libraries, auditoriums for various events, a modern gym and recreational spaces for 1,300 students.
"An extraordinary job has been done, the furnishings, the conditions are very good. The terrace is very nicely done, very well. This large space serves for various activities, where armchairs can be placed in this space, where students can sit. Fantastic view. Spectacular school. This is the most beautiful school in Kamëz, and it will be open beyond school hours because services are also offered," said Rama.
This school, which will be ready for 1,300 students in the new school season in September, adds to the chain of 18 schools in this municipality, with European standards, expanding capacities for the community of Kamza and the surrounding areas.
