AAPSK publishes the catalog of seized assets, another step towards transparency and good governance
The Agency for the Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets (AAPSK) has published for the first time the catalog of seized assets, an important initiative that aims to further increase the transparency and effectiveness of the administration of these assets. This publication follows the catalog of confiscated assets, carried out in February of this year and is part of a comprehensive inventory process undertaken by the Agency.
This initiative was undertaken under the leadership of the Chief Administrator of AAPSK, Ms. Risena Xhaja, who emphasized the importance of a more regular and transparent administration of seized and confiscated assets. For the first time in the history of the Agency, all assets under its administration are being registered and made public through official catalogs, creating a new standard of transparency and accountability.
"The catalogs of confiscated and sequestered assets are a concrete step towards strengthening the trust of the public and institutions in the process of administering these assets. Through this initiative, we are ensuring that every asset administered by AAPSK is clearly identified and accessible to the public, guaranteeing the most efficient and fair administration possible," said Ms. Xhaja.
The publication of the catalogue of seized assets is a significant step not only for the inventory process, but also for strengthening transparency in the management of assets by the Agency. This process ensures not only a better administration of these assets, but also a stronger commitment to the highest standards of public management.
