357 million ALL for the new 110kV cable line - Tirana 1-Zogu i Zi, increasing the electricity transmission capacity
The Transmission System Operator OST has opened the tender for the construction of the 110 kV cable line Tirana 1-Zogu i Zi, as well as the corresponding tract in N/St. Tirana 1. This project has a limit fund of 357 million and 180 thousand ALL.
According to the document published in the Public Procurement Agency, the aim is to guarantee the sustainability of the Energy System, as well as the security of the electricity supply at high voltages. The project will be based on the strict implementation of the regulations of Technical Assurance and Technical Operation of Substations and Lines of the Energy System.
Meanwhile, the earthing system and installations shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the referenced standards and shall be in accordance with the publication of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
The project is expected to contribute to the improvement of the energy infrastructure and ensure the increase of energy transmission capacities in the capital.
The duration of the contract or the deadline for its implementation is 18 months from the entry into force of the contract. Meanwhile, the deadline for submission and opening of offers is until 03.12.2024 at 10:00.
