300 soft loans for public administration - Which civil servants benefit and what criteria must they meet?
This year, civil servants and other public administration employees have the opportunity to apply for soft loans with zero interest. The total quotas of soft loans for different categories of administration are 300.
According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, 70 quotas are for the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, 70 also for the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as 20 quotas for the Ministry of Justice, Prison Police.
But what are the criteria that public administration employees must meet to benefit from facilitated loans?
The scoring will be done according to the housing conditions, economic, family, social or employment conditions that the applicants meet. The housing condition is the same for all the aforementioned ministries. Employees applying for soft loans must not own a home or must reside in an overcrowded home. Also, employees who have lost their home as a result of displacement from the implementation of a court decision, those who reside in a home that will be demolished, as it is excluded from the legalization process as a result of public investments, and do not benefit from another home, may request soft loans.
In the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, all employees who have been employed in the public administration for at least 2 years at the time of application and employees who have been employed in the public administration for at least 7 years at the time of application can apply for a zero-interest loan. For the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Justice, the criterion of being a young family is also added. Facilitated loans will also be granted depending on the salary category.
