260 thousand property certificates issued in 2025 - ASHK: Electronic service comes to the aid of citizens

The State Cadastral Agency announced that over 260 thousand property certificates were issued during 2025. This number marks an increase of 53% compared to the same period a year earlier.
The growth comes as a result of the digitalization of processes and the simplification of administrative procedures. The issuance of ownership certificates is considered an important step in guaranteeing the legal security of property, as well as in promoting investment and economic development in the country.
All these property titles include apartments, shops, garages and other premises, which will be part of civil circulation and their owners can sell, donate, inherit or use them as collateral for mortgage loans at second-tier banks.
Meanwhile, the electronic service "Issuance of a certificate of ownership" helps citizens and businesses to submit an application online for the issuance of a certificate of ownership. For each immovable property, registered in the relevant card, to confirm the ownership rights or other real rights, created on the basis of various legal acts, only one certificate is issued. This certificate is issued to the sole owner of the property or one of the owners in cases of joint ownership duly authorized according to the legislation in force.
The request for the performance of a service by the State Cadastre Agency is made by the applicant, in person or through his representative, the notary or notary's assistant.
Likewise, any fee for service at ASHK is paid into the agency's bank account.
