State-owned arms company creates 326 jobs - Security and confidentiality standards for personnel. How much will KAYO's revenue be?

The Albanian state-owned company for the production and trade of weapons, ammunition, military equipment and technologies, KAYO, is expected to create around 326 jobs. The company will start producing prototypes and the first products this year.
The company's Supervisory Board approves the procedures and criteria for the appointment of personnel. KAYO may also engage temporary personnel or external expertise for parts of its activities that it cannot fulfill with its available staff.
KAYO employees are prohibited from engaging in private activities related to the production, trade, or distribution of weapons, domestically or internationally. These activities include employment with other private arms companies, entering into private contracts for the production or trade of weapons, and providing consulting services related to this industry.
In the event of termination of the employment relationship with the Company, the employee is prohibited from engaging in an activity that competes with the Company's activities for a period of 5 years from the date of termination.
All Company personnel, regardless of their function and position, are obliged to respect the norms and standards of security, confidentiality, and commercial and state secrets.
Meanwhile, the Company's management bodies ensure the continuous training of personnel for the smooth running and development of the Company's activities.
It is prohibited to employ a person convicted by a final decision for participation in or financing a structured criminal group, criminal organization, armed gang, terrorist organization, money laundering or financing of terrorism, acts with terrorist intent or criminal offenses related to terrorist activity, genocide, torture, murder, other violent acts, criminal offenses against public order and security, illegal possession of weapons, illegal arms trade, military crimes, or cyber attacks.
According to information from the Ministry of Defense, 3.8 million euros are expected to be direct revenues from KAYO, i.e., directly recorded on the balance sheet as turnover or profit. Meanwhile, 8 million euros are planned as benefits for the budget and the economy, not direct turnover.
