Albanians are spending more time on LinkedIn/ Data shows audience growth, attracting companies and advertisers

LinkedIn is increasingly strengthening its position in Albania, becoming an influential platform not only for professionals, but also for businesses and advertisers. The latest data for 2025 shows that the potential audience that can be reached through LinkedIn advertising in Albania has reached 710 thousand users, marking a significant increase compared to the previous year.
According to statistics, the advertising audience on LinkedIn has grown by 10.9% on an annual basis, or about 70 thousand more users compared to October 2024. Meanwhile, during the last quarter alone, the platform added 10 thousand new users, with an increase of 1.4%.
This shows that LinkedIn is gaining ground in the Albanian market, especially at a time when professional networks and digital marketing are becoming increasingly important for companies, job seekers, and young professionals.
The data also shows that LinkedIn now reaches around 25.7% of the total population in Albania and nearly 29% of internet users. In the over-18 age group, the platform reaches up to 32.1% of the population, reflecting a relatively high penetration for a professional network.
Another interesting element is the demographic profile of users. Men make up 51.1% of the LinkedIn advertising audience, while women make up 48.9%, showing a nearly even gender balance.
The most active age group on the platform remains 25–34 years old, which also represents the most important segment of the professional and career market. Within this age group, men account for 18.3% of the total audience, while women account for 16.9%. The 35–54 age group also maintains a significant presence, indicating that LinkedIn is being used not only by young people, but also by experienced professionals.
The continued growth of LinkedIn in Albania is seen as an indicator of the transformation of the job market and professional communication in the country. More and more companies are using the platform for recruitment, marketing, networking and business promotion, while professionals are seeing LinkedIn as an important tool for career development and building their online professional profile.
