Fire in the 20kV cable duct of one of the NST Traktora feeders – OSSH informs about the situation
The Distribution System Operator announces that due to a fire in the 20kV cable duct of one of the NST Traktora feeders, today at around 13:27, the 20kV transformer switches were disconnected as a safety measure, leaving NST Traktora without voltage.
According to the announcement, measures were immediately taken to extinguish the flames, while for facilities of particular importance such as hospitals, electricity supply was carried out through alternative lines.
"High Voltage emergency teams are on the ground and are working to eliminate the fault and restore electricity to all areas left without voltage as a result of the power outage ," the announcement states.
