Legalization decisions now online in e-Albania - ASHK: Fast procedure towards ownership title

The State Cadastre Agency announces that decisions on the legalization of informal constructions will be sent to citizens directly to their profile on the e-Albania platform.
According to the official announcement, citizens will no longer need to physically appear at the Cadastre offices or wait for documents to be sent by mail. The legalization decision will arrive immediately on their phone or computer, through their e-Albania profile, guaranteeing fast and real-time access and making the service more practical.
Another important benefit is the reduction of the time required to obtain the title deed. This significantly speeds up administrative procedures, avoids queues at counters, and eliminates delays that may be caused by postal deliveries. According to the Albanian Civil Registry Agency, this service allows citizens to complete the legalization process more quickly and proceed with other legal steps related to their property.
The State Cadastral Agency also emphasizes that this process offers maximum security in the delivery of the document, as it is distributed electronically, through a certified and protected system. In this way, the document is accessible only by the beneficiary, increasing the transparency and reliability of the service.
The digitalization of Cadastre services is considered part of the reform to modernize public administration, with the aim of providing faster and more efficient access to property documents.
