The Murriz Tunnel on Arbri Street – Rama: Ready in March!
Prime Minister Edi Rama, during a conversation with citizens on social networks in the "Sy m'sy" column, declared today that the Murriz tunnel on Arbri Street will be ready in March.
"It happens that sometimes we take more time than anticipated, such as Arbri Road, but not because we leave anything out of the work, but because unexpected things happen."
"The geology of the Murriz tunnel turned out to be much more complicated than anticipated in the relevant studies and we are in a situation where we are moving towards completion, after a rearmament with a different technology of all parts of the tunnel," said Rama.
"I strongly believe that, finally, in March we will remove this evil eye from our backs, because that tunnel has really "taken our soul". But with spring, the "evil spirit" will also come out of the tunnel and the people of Dibra will be able to come and go with the road completely open, and those slightly difficult slopes of the alternative road for temporary convenience will come to an end", he said.
