“Tregu është i lirë dhe konkurrues” - AK përfundon hetimin: U rritën kostot e prodhimit të nënprodukteve të qumështit
Autoriteti i Konkurrencës njoftoi përmbylljen e procedurës së hetimit të thelluar ndaj katër ndërmarrjeve – Erzeni, Gjirofarma, Lufra, dhe SHAKA Boboshticë në tregun e prodhimit dhe tregtimit të djathit dhe gjalpit.
Sipas Autoritetit, nuk janë gjetur prova për marrëveshje të bashkërenduar ose sjellje anti-konkurruese midis ndërmarrjeve. Ndërsa analizohej struktura e tregut, rezultoi se konkurrenca ishte e pranishme dhe se hyrja e ndërmarrjeve të reja ishte e mundur.
Po ashtu, çmimet e blerjes dhe ato të shitjes mes kompanive ishin të ndryshme, duke sugjeruar se nuk kishte koordinim për rritjen e çmimit të produkteve.
