Digital transformation continues, interactions increase in e-albania/ Over 44 million transactions were carried out during April
The e-Albania government platform continues to remain one of the main tools for citizens to receive public services online. During April 2026, statistics show a high level of usage and a continuous increase in digital interactions between citizens and the state administration.
According to figures, a total of 44 million 712 thousand 935 transactions were registered on the platform. Meanwhile, citizens had 1279 electronic services available, which were used a total of 3 million 484 thousand 295 times during the month of April alone.
Meanwhile, the number of registered users on the portal has reached 3 million 484 thousand 295 citizens. This testifies to the increasing involvement of citizens in digital services.
Also, during this period, 962,258 documents with an electronic seal were generated, a key element that guarantees the legal validity and security of documents obtained online.
The figures for April 2026 confirm the continuation of the digital transformation of public services in Albania, reducing waiting times, physical procedures and direct contact at physical counters.
E-Albania is consolidating itself as the main digital gateway for public services, significantly facilitating citizens' and businesses' access to state administration. This high level of usage demonstrates citizens' growing trust in online services.
