Tender për aeroportin e Vlorës - Procedura e Albcontrol për funksionimin e Kullës së Kontrollit
Teksa qeveria ka deklaruar se aeroporti i Vlorës do të nisë fluturimet gjatë vitit 2025, Albcontrol po avancon me procedurat për vënien në funksion të Kullës së Kontrollit. Me një fond limit prej rreth 40 mln lekë, Agjencia Kombëtare e Trafikut Ajror ka hapur tenderin për blerjen dhe instalimin e Sistemeve të Komunikimit me Zë dhe Regjistrimit të Zërit.
Sipas dokumenteve të tenderit, sistemet e propozuar duhet të reflektojnë zgjidhjen më të fundit në dizajn, teknologji, instalimin si dhe mbështetjen e bazuar me çelsa në dorë.
Hapja e këtij tenderi vjen pas disa të tjerëve, në funksion jo vetëm të shërbimeve të kontrollit të trafikut ajror dhe funksionimit të sistemit të ri të Kullës së Kontrollit në Aeroprotin e vloirës, por edhe në drejtim të rrjetit elektrik, rrugor dhe hekurudhor që do i shërbejë funksionimit të tij.
Punimet për aeroportin e Vlorës nisën në fund të vitit 2021, ndërkohë që pista e tij parashikohet të ketë një gjatësi prej 3200 m dhe gjerësi 45 m.
Ky aeroport po ndërtohet përmes një kontrate të partneritetit publik privat, që zotërohet në masën 98% nga kompania Mabco Constructions, ndërsa 2% e aksioneve mbahen nga kompania A2 Group.
Kohëzgjatja e kontratës është 35 vjet, por pak javë më parë Komiteti i Përhershëm i Konventës së Bernës përsëriti thirrjen për qeverinë shqiptare për të ndaluar punimet për ndërtimin e tij brenda zonës së mbrojtur Vjosë-Nartë, duke vënë në dukje shqetësimin për dëmtimin e biodiversitetit.
