The restoration of the train station in Tirana will cost 1.8 billion lek, while the 2025 budget amendments, through the Normative Act, have allocated funding of 364 million lek, which will go towards this purpose. Meanwhile, with the allocation of funds in the budget, the announcement of the tender competition is expected for the company that will build the 4 km segment and the new train station building in Tirana.
