BoA scheme for lending to small and medium-sized businesses - Loans at a cheaper price than the base interest rate
The Bank of Albania has prepared a special program for lending to small and medium-sized businesses. Its special feature is that it offers loans with very low interest rates.
The Secretary of the Association of Banks, Spiro Brumbulli, speaks for the first time on the BOX TO BOX show on SCAN about the loan rates that will be granted through this program, which will be implemented by second-tier banks.
According to Mr. Brumbulli, the benefits will go to sectors and businesses that are experiencing the greatest difficulties in operating. The money will be used mainly for investments in technology.
At its last meeting, the Supervisory Council of the Bank of Albania approved a financing program for small and medium-sized businesses.
Kz is an instrument that is being implemented for the first time, financed by the Bank of Albania, while the operating costs are borne by the second-tier banks.
