Albania interested in Myanmar workers - Entrepreneurs: They have lower costs and high work efficiency
The labor market continues to be in search of employees. The recruitment of foreign workers was thought of as a solution to the demands of enterprises. And it was mainly workers from Nepal and Bangladesh who were seen as a temporary solution and not only, but mainly in periods of flux.
But, for them, Albania became a springboard to emigrate to European countries, thus not providing a solution to the gap of lack of workers.
Finally, another avenue to attract employees is Myanmar. Unlike recruiting foreign employees from Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, etc., employees from Myanmar have higher work productivity.
According to data from recruitment agencies, the number of employees from Myanmar has reached around 400 and so far, compared to Indian employees, they have not presented any problems at work or in behavior but have provided the required results at work.
Also, an important fact why businesses are showing interest in these employees is that they have not left and that they are not seeing Albania as an opportunity to leave for European Union countries.
But, the sectors that have shown interest in workers from Myanmar are mainly tailoring, agriculture, hotel structures, etc.
