Albania, ready for the implementation of the “B-Ready” project - QKB, cooperation with the WB. What are the benefits for businesses in the country?
Albania will soon implement the "B-Ready" project, an initiative that aims to significantly improve the business climate in the country.
“B-Ready” is a World Bank initiative that aims to support countries in identifying and addressing challenges that hinder business development. The project focuses on assessing existing policies and regulations, as well as proposing reforms and interventions needed to create a more favorable environment for investment and economic growth. One of the key components of the project is the collection of detailed data to create clear indicators on the performance of the business environment in each participating country.
The National Business Center held a meeting with representatives of the World Bank, within the framework of cooperation on the “B-Ready” project. During the meeting, representatives of the National Business Center and World Bank experts discussed concrete steps for the implementation of the project, as well as the importance of data collection and analysis to improve business indicators and processes.
Through this partnership, it aims to integrate international best practices, bringing a more advanced approach to the management and support of enterprises.
The implementation of the “B-Ready” project is expected to bring significant benefits to Albanian businesses. Transparency in public services will increase, creating a more trustworthy and sustainable environment for entrepreneurs. The project also aims to improve access to finance and markets, helping businesses grow and compete better locally and internationally.
This cooperation represents an important step towards transforming the business environment in Albania. Through continuous reforms and improvements, the aim is to create a more dynamic environment that encourages investment and supports sustainable economic development.
