The winners of the International Competition for Architectural Project Ideas for the Renaissance of the “Selman Stërmasi” Stadium are announced
The winners of the International Competition for Architectural Project Ideas for the Rebirth of the "Selman Stërmasi" Stadium have been announced.
This competition ranks the best architectural concept ideas as a first step and as a second step, for the 3 teams ranked by the international jury, the envelope containing the financial offer is opened.
This offer contains the percentage of development that each competitor offers to the state, or corporation, a percentage which must not be less than 45% of the developed area on state land.
After the financial bids of the top three are opened and ranked, the first selected team by the International Architecture Jury is invited to match its bid with the highest bid offered to the corporation if necessary.
