Today, the State Election Commissioner approved the quantity of ballot papers that will be produced for each district for voters within the territory of the Republic of Albania, for the Assembly elections of May 11, 2025. From the processing of the voter list data received by the DPGJC for the elections of May 11, 2025, it results that the number of voters in the Republic of Albania is 3,467,962 voters. The quantity of ballot papers that will be produced for the Assembly elections, adding 2% (percent) above the number of voters, is 3,534,000 ballot papers.

The SEC determined the number of External Vote Counting and Evaluation Commissions (EVCEC) and External Vote Counting Groups (EVCG), respectively 7 EVCEC and 37 EVCGEC.

Also, authorization was granted to CEAZ No. 44, Municipality of Rrogozhina, to establish and appoint, by decision, the Special Voting Center Commission No. 2224/01, IEVP Rrogozhina.

At the conclusion of the administrative review of the request of the "Democratic Party Coalition - Alliance for a Greater Albania", for the immediate removal of unofficial symbols, emblems and logos of the DP, the Commissioner ordered the Korça Municipal Police to immediately remove propaganda materials from private premises in neighborhood no. 7, Korça.

Meanwhile, election campaign monitors have reported to the CEC about violations found in the Municipality of Tirana and Delvina, so the SEC decided:

 1. Ordering the electoral entity "Socialist Party of Albania" to immediately remove propaganda materials from the electoral office near VC 2114, located at the "Bedri Llagami" Unified High School, Vaqarr administrative unit, Tirana.

 2. Ordering the electoral entity "Socialist Party of Albania" to immediately remove propaganda materials from the electoral office near KZAS no. 89 located in Delvina, Vlora District.

The time for broadcasting on public radio and television of the election campaign of political parties registered as electoral subjects was set.

The Socialist Party of Albania and the Coalition DP – Alliance for a Greater Albania will have an equal broadcast time of 90 minutes each, respectively 60 minutes on public television and 30 minutes on public radio. The Social Democratic Party will have an equal broadcast time of 45 minutes, respectively 30 minutes on public television and 15 minutes on public radio.

Non-parliamentary parties will have an equal broadcast time of 20 minutes, namely 10 minutes on public television and 10 minutes on public radio:

 2. Nisma Thurje Party

 3. Albanian Workers' Rights League Party

 4. Right Party 1912

 5. Joint Movement Party

 6. Euro-Atlantic Coalition Party

 7. The Opportunity Party

 8. New Democracy Alliance Party

 10. Albanian National Alliance Party

The Commissioner approved the rules and criteria for the equal distribution of electoral advertising spaces on billboards and city lights. Municipalities, no later than 35 days before the election date, shall compile a list of spaces allowed for electoral advertising and immediately publish it on the relevant official websites, as well as notify the electoral entities and the CEC.

Today, the vacancies created in the municipal councils were also filled:

 1. Berat Municipality Council, with the candidate of the "Socialist Party of Albania", Mr. Albion Sulaj".

 2. Saranda Municipality Council, with the candidate of the "Socialist Party of Albania", Ms. Katerina Beqo".

 3. Saranda Municipality Council, with the candidate of the "Legal Movement Party", Mr. Kevin Alikaj".
