Electronic services, with new tariffs - For public administration, private entities and citizens
At its last meeting, the Council of Ministers determined the tariffs for electronic services provided by the National Information Society Agency (NAISA) for public administration, private entities and citizens.
As for public institutions, electronic signature, electronic seal, electronic certificate for fiscalization and transactions on the GG platform will not have fees.
Meanwhile, for private entities, electronic signature for 1 year will cost 4,800 lek, stamping of documents and transactions, 20 lek, electronic fiscalization certificate for 1 year will cost 4,000 lek and transaction on the GG platform, 15 lek.
For Albanian and foreign citizens, electronic signature for a period of time will cost 2,000 lekë.
Payment will be made online through the e-Albania portal, and all revenues will be paid 100% into the state budget.
The e-Albania portal has recorded an increase in applications. During the month of September, over 820,000 applications were made in the five most used services. Of these, 295 thousand are for personal certificates; over 239 thousand are made for family certificates; certificates for the payment of contributions for individuals are around 130 thousand; social security contributions are counted in 81,363 applications and over 77 thousand are applications for salary certificates.
E-Albania has consolidated its role as the central portal of public services in Albania. 24/7 electronic services are offering fast solutions, without the need for physical presence at the counters, all this in order to increase transparency and facilitate administrative procedures. This has also ensured a modern, standardized and secure process. Official documents generated at the end of the application are equipped with an electronic seal, which makes them valid and verifiable by any public or private institution.
