How important is an Entrepreneurship Academy? - Bajraktari: It should also be part of universities

An entrepreneurship academy is gaining importance for young people who want to develop their own businesses. Many new ideas are born every day, but without sound financial knowledge, a business plan and market research, these ideas may not be transformed into functional projects. According to business consultant Aneida Bajraktari, the need for an entrepreneurship academy is seen to concretize business ideas.
Aneida Bajraktari Business Consultant: The Entrepreneurship Academy, I think, is very necessary because it brings together many people and young people who have ideas, but very few know how to turn them into functional businesses. They often start with a lot of enthusiasm, but they don't have the basic financial knowledge, business plans, market research and this can lead to failures and disappointment.
Bajraktari emphasizes that entrepreneurship academies can be part of universities, regardless of the field of study, as the strongest ideas often arise from solving real problems in engineering, science, or medicine.
I think academia can give entrepreneurs the right foundation, it teaches them how to develop ideas, how to manage finances, how to make good decisions, how to avoid the most common mistakes that entrepreneurs make, so it's not just theory, but it's practice, it's mentoring, it's a real connection to the market. I also think that academia can build entrepreneurs with an entrepreneurial mindset, that it's an opportunity for all those who have never thought about it. An academy can open this perspective, to show them that business is for all those who have a solution to a real problem. Such an academy should be part of every university, regardless of the field of study. The strongest ideas can come from engineering, science, medicine, because that's where real problems arise.
Among other things, he emphasized that investing in knowledge and mentoring is an important step in turning an idea into a sustainable business and reducing the risk of failure at the beginning of the venture.
