Sa e sigurojnë shqiptarët pronën? - Shkrepa: Sigurimi për frymë në Shqipëri, shumë më i ulët se vendet e rajonit
Pavarësisht se kemi qenë gjithmonë një popull i lidhur ngushtë me pronën dhe vendi ynë ka pasur një ekspozim të lartë ndaj fatkeqësive natyrore në vitet e fundit, sërish, janë të paktë personat që zgjedhin të sigurojnë pronën e tyre.
Në një intervistë për Televizionin Scan, Ogert Shkrepa u shpreh se megjithëse sigurimi i pronës ka një kosto shumë të vogël, 3% deri në 4% e popullsisë që e zgjedhin këtë sigurim, janë ata që duhet të plotësojnë kushtin që i vendos banka për të marrë një kredi për shtëpi.
Sipas Shkrepës, sigurimi për frymë në vendet e rajonit është shumë herë më i lartë se Shqipëria.
Sipas të dhënave nga Autoriteti i Mbikëqyrjes Financiare, primet e shkruara bruto të sigurimit nga zjarri dhe dëmtime të tjera në prone arritën në 2.3 miliardë lekë në fund të dhjetëmujorit.
