Kreu i Agjencisë Kombëtare të Mbrojtjes Civile, Haki Çako, është shprehur se institucioni që ai drejton është në gatishmëri të plotë për përballimin e çdo situate që mund të krijohet pas shembjes së rrugës Librazhd-Prrenjas.
“Agjencia Kombëtare e Mbrojtjes Civile është vënë në dijeni për problematikën e krijuar për bllokimin e aksit rrugor Librazhd-Prrenjas. Një nga misionet kryesore të mbrojtjes civile është jeta dhe shëndeti i qytetarëve. Jemi angazhuar dhe jemi në gatishmëri të plotë për të gjitha nevojat që do të ketë ky komunitet rreth këtij segmenti.
Dua të theksoj se në dokumentin e vlerësimit të rriskut të përcaktuar me akt normativ, një nga fenomenet natyrore është edhe rrëshqitja, bllokimi i rrugëve apo rënia e orteqeve dhe në këtë rast jemi në rastin e një emergjeve të rrëshqitjes së masiveve, e cila do të dojë koordinimin e të gjitha institucioneve. Agjencia Kombëtare e Mbrojtjes Civile është në gatishmëri të plotë për të mbështetur Autoritetin Rrugor dhe të gjitha institucionet e tjera deri në hapjen e plotë të këtij segmenti”, tha mes të tjerash Çako.
