Significant increase in foreign currencies – Dollar, Franc and Pound strengthen
The US dollar has managed to recover points after the continuous decline it suffered over the past few days, being bought this morning at 81.3 lek and being sold at 82.4 lek compared to yesterday.
The European currency, although without any significant change from Monday, started this morning positively, being bought today at 96.3 lek and being sold at 97 lek according to the local exchange rate.
The Swiss franc, meanwhile, has registered an increase in value this morning, strengthening significantly compared to the day before, as it was bought at 104.5 lekë and sold at 105.6 lekë.
The British pound has also recorded an increase in value this morning, being bought today at 111.2 lekë and being sold at 112.2 lekë, referring to the domestic foreign exchange market, compared to the day before.
