Strong decline for the Pound and the Dollar – How did this week end for the major currencies?
The US dollar suffered a significant drop in value this Friday, closing the week negatively as it was bought today for 87.2 lek and sold for 90 lek according to the local exchange rate.
The European currency has already lost points this morning, although it does not show any significant fluctuations in value as it has for some time now, being bought today at 98.6 lek and being sold at 99.3 lek.
The Swiss franc continues to recover points this Friday, marking an increase as it closes the week positively, being bought at 105.4 lekë and being sold at 106.4 lekë compared to the beginning of the week.
The British pound, meanwhile, suffered a strong drop in value this morning, closing the week on a downward trend as it was bought today at 113.3 lek and sold at 115.5 lek, referring to the domestic foreign exchange market.
