The Socialist Party is heading towards its fourth term in office, with around 52% of the vote and 82 seats secured nationwide from votes counted by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the PD-ASHM is ranked second with 34.47% of the vote, giving this party 52 seats. With 96% of the ballot boxes counted nationwide, the votes collected provide 3 seats for the Social Democratic Party and 1 seat each for the Nisma - Albania Becomes, Lëvizja Bashkë and Mundësia coalitions.

By 2:00 p.m., the vote count within the country was fully completed in 6 districts, specifically in Berat, Dibër, Korçë, Kukës, Lezha and Vlora.

In the Berat District, the SP received 57.64% of the votes, securing 5 mandates, while the PD-ASHM received 2 mandates with 30.47% of the votes. Compared to the 2021 elections, this district has maintained an equal distribution of mandates between these 2 political forces.

In the Dibër District, the first force was the SP, with 56.19% of the votes, securing 3 mandates, while the PD-ASHM received 2 mandates with 38.09% of the votes. The results show a reversal of the ratio of mandates between the 2 political forces, as in this district the PD-ASHM held 3 mandates and the SP 2.

Another region where the counting of votes has been completed within the country is Korça, where the SP secured 6 mandates with 54.33% of the votes, while the DP-ASHM secured 4 mandates with 34.57% of the votes. This shows that the SP has maintained the number of mandates it has had so far, while 1 mandate that was removed from this region due to the decrease in population has been "taken" by the DP-ASHM.

In the Kukës District, the DP-ASHM received 2 mandates with 52.95% of the votes and the SP received 1 mandate with 30.68% of the votes, the same as in the previous elections.

In Lezha, the DP-ASHM also leads with 45.13% and 4 mandates, while the SP has 3 mandates with 42.23% of the votes counted, maintaining the same ratio as in the 2021 elections.

The SP's victory was also registered in the Vlora Region, with 58.72% of the votes and 8 mandates, while the PD-ASHM received 26.62% of the votes, which translates into 4 mandates, an identical split to the previous elections.

Meanwhile, in the districts of Tirana, Fier, Gjirokastër, Elbasan, Shkodër and Durrës, there are still a few boxes left to finalize the reading of votes within the country.

As of the 2:00 PM update, the vote count in Tirana shows 19 mandates for the SP and 14 mandates for the PD-ASHM, while the PSD, the coalition Nisma Shqipëria Bëhet, Lëvizja Bashkë and Mundësia each won 1 mandate.

In Fier, from the counted votes, the SP has 12 mandates, while the DP has 4 mandates, which shows an increase of 3 mandates for the SP compared to the 2021 elections.

In Shkodra, the DP leads with 5 mandates, the SP with 4 mandates, while the PSD has 2 mandates. In Durrës, the SP has 8 mandates, while the DP has 6 mandates, unchanged compared to 2021. In Elbasan, there is a significant increase in the SP, which has 10 mandates, from the 8 it currently had, while the DP has 4 mandates, from the 6 it had in the 2021 elections. Meanwhile, in Gjirokastra, the SP has 3 mandates and the DP-ASHM, 1 mandate.
