Presidenti dekreton zgjedhjet e parakohshme vendore/ 6 bashki në votime më 9 nëntor 2025
Presidenti i Republikës ka dekretuar sot të dielën, 9 nëntor 2025, si datën për zhvillimin e zgjedhjeve të pjesshme për kryetar bashkie në gjashtë bashki të vendit: Tiranë, Vlorë, Berat, Mat, Tepelenë dhe Cërrik. Vakancat në Vlorë, Berat, Mat, Tepelenë dhe Cërrik janë krijuar për shkak të dorëheqjes së kryetarëve, ndërsa në Bashkinë Tiranë pason shkarkimi i kryetarit nga Këshilli i Ministrave, mbi bazën e propozimit të Këshillit Bashkiak.
Institucioni i Presidentit sqaron se për vakancën në Tiranë është shqyrtuar rregullshmëria e procedurës së ndjekur, duke konstatuar se vendimi është marrë pas një procesi ligjor nga Këshilli Bashkiak dhe Këshilli i Ministrave. Në respekt të neutralitetit institucional, Presidenti thekson se nuk hyn në meritën e çështjes.
Sipas praktikës ligjore, shkarkimi i kryetarëve të bashkive për mosparaqitje në detyrë për një periudhë 3-mujore shqyrtohet nga gjykatat administrative dhe nuk përfshihet në juridiksionin e Gjykatës Kushtetuese. Presidenti thekson se deri më tani nuk është paraqitur ndonjë ankim apo vendim pezullimi në organet kompetente, ndërkohë që afati i tij për shpalljen e zgjedhjeve është vetëm 48 orë nga marrja e njoftimit.
Me dekretimin e datës së zgjedhjeve, kreu i shtetit apelon për një fushatë konkurruese, etike dhe në përputhje të plotë me Kodin Zgjedhor, si dhe u bën thirrje qytetarëve të këtyre gjashtë bashkive të marrin pjesë masivisht në votim.
