Solar panels for water heating/Balluku: 1000 applications in the first 36 hours!
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, informed through a post on social media that 36 hours after the opening of the call for household subscribers to install solar panels for water heating, 1,000 applicants have registered.
The entire process is online and transparent, Balluku emphasized.
From Monday, citizens began applying for a subsidy from the Energy Efficiency Agency, at a rate of 70%, for the installation of solar heating panels. The scheme to promote the use of solar panels for water heating by household customers aims to reduce electricity consumption and improve the supply of hot sanitary water and reduce CO2 emissions.
This is the second call for applications, which is addressed to household customers interested in receiving the installation service of solar panels for water heating for up to 2 thousand household customers.
