Computer fraud in the stock market - Police seize 4 real estate properties worth around 1.2 million euros!
The State Police informs that following the tracking and investigative work, for the ascertainment and seizure of assets deriving from criminal activities, the operation coded "Fraud" was finalized, within the framework of which the decision of the Criminal Court of Kosovo was executed, for the seizure of 4 assets of citizen EK, 42 years old, resident of Tirana.
According to the announcement, 4 real estate properties, worth around 1,200,000 euros, belonging to a citizen with a record of computer fraud in the stock market have been seized.
According to the announcement, more specifically, a seizure was imposed on 1 apartment, 2 parking spaces for vehicles and 1 commercial entity, assets which are suspected to derive from the 42-year-old's criminal activity in the field of computer fraud on stock exchanges, while the procedural materials were referred to SPAK for further action.
