Mountains/Denaj Package: Applications are submitted through the e-Albania portal!
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Anila Denaj, recalled on social networks that applications for the Mountain Package have been open for a few days now, which is expected to support 500 projects that will benefit from fiscal incentives.
"Express your interest in investing in the land you own and become its owner with the Mountain Package by following a few very simple steps on the portal www.paketaemaleve.gov.al," Denaj wrote.
The Minister said that the investment will benefit from fiscal incentives, 10 years without any taxes.
The "Mountain Package" aims to: sustainable development of the rural economy; promotion of "Made in Albania" products; ease of procedures for ownership and construction; stimulating fiscal policy and expansion of the tourist map.
The "Mountain Package" initiative through the "Invest in Your Land" project aims to offer a realistic approach to attracting investments in the country's mountainous areas, thanks to new investor support policies.
The package aims to create a balance in the sustainable development of economic activities of mountain tourism, agriculture, industry and innovation related to the ecosystem of these areas, based on the protection of the natural landscape, the preservation of cultural heritage, culture and local identity in these areas declared as priorities for the development of the mountain economy.
