"Salary 2 thousand to 3 thousand euros" - "Work&Study" fair opens, over 5000 job vacancies

The 16th "Work & Study" fair opens at the Congress Palace in Tirana. 80 businesses and over 25 universities participate in this fair, presenting their offers and products to young people who are looking for a job or higher education.
During the opening ceremony, the president of the Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nikolin Jaka, spoke about the uniqueness of these fairs.
"The very word Work & Study means that the future of our country must be educated in order to be productive in its employment. This is an invitation to all young people who want to help themselves in their careers, but also help the country's economy towards integration into the European Union. We have 2,200 job offers with a salary of 1,000 euros, but there are 5,500 positions that are required by private businesses. The salary could be 2,000 or 3,000 euros."
For her part, the Deputy Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Olta Manjani, stated that these fairs help curb emigration and increase competitiveness with other countries in the labor market.
"This fair is important for the development of the Albanian economy. Participating companies come from various sectors, important for the country's economy, such as technology, industry, construction, tourism and services, offering jobs with high standards. This activity shows on the one hand the commitment of enterprises to invest in human capital, increasing competitiveness not only within the country, but also abroad."
According to data from the National Employment and Skills Agency, there are currently over 5,000 job vacancies throughout Albania.
