Financial support for the construction of solar greenhouses - 50% grant for the production of vegetables, grapes and strawberries
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, within the framework of the National Investment Scheme 2025, offers partial financing for the construction of solar greenhouses. Farmers who wish to invest in the production of vegetables, strawberries and table grapes can benefit from a 50% grant for the construction of greenhouses ranging from 0.2 ha to 2 ha, including the irrigation systems necessary for the cultivation of these crops.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT:
Up to 15 million lek/ha for vegetable production greenhouses
Up to 8 million lek/ha for table grape production greenhouses
Up to 4 million lek/ha for strawberry production greenhouses
This financial support is structured to help various agricultural investments. For vegetable greenhouses, farmers can benefit from up to 15 million lek per hectare, while for table grape greenhouses they can secure up to 8 million lek per hectare. For strawberry greenhouses, support reaches up to 4 million lek per hectare.
According to the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Anila Denaj, farmers can benefit from this 50% grant in combination with the opportunity to receive a soft loan with an interest rate of only 2% and a sovereign guarantee covering up to 70% of the collateral needed for this investment. Applications for this scheme are open until September 30 and include a total of 9 support measures aimed at improving productivity and quality of production in agriculture.
