Fluctuations in the foreign exchange market – US Dollar weakens. Franc and Pound gain points!
The US dollar started this Thursday negatively after registering a decrease compared to yesterday, as it was bought this morning at 81.4 lek and sold at 82.4 lek according to the local exchange rate.
The European currency continues this morning to have no significant changes in its quote compared to Wednesday, although it continues to remain weak against the local currency, being bought today at 93.3 lek and being sold at 94.1 lek.
The Swiss franc, meanwhile, has increased in value this Thursday morning after strengthening compared to the previous day, being bought today at 100.9 lek and being sold at 101.9 lek, referring to the domestic foreign exchange market.
The British pound has also seen a significant increase in value compared to the previous day, gaining points this morning as it was bought today for 109 lek and sold for 110.1 lek, thus following a positive trend throughout this week.
