Albania-Emirates Joint Company for Securities - Rama meets Bin Zayed: After KESH-Masdar, 2 more projects
Albania will significantly increase economic cooperation with the United Arab Emirates.
This was announced by Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, in an announcement after the meeting with the President of the United Emirates, Sheikh Muhammed Bin Zayed.
Referring to the announcement of the Albanian Prime Minister, in this meeting they talked about the good progress of some important projects that are entering the implementation phase.
In the list of projects are the creation of joint public energy production companies (KESH-Mazdar) and the securities printing company.
The list of projects also includes the construction of the interconnection line with Italy in a tripartite partnership and the new digital traffic control system.
The weight of the United Arab Emirates in the flow of foreign investments has been increasing in recent years.
Referring to the data of the Bank of Albania, it turns out that the year 2023 was a record year for the highest level of investments from the aforementioned Emirates in the last 10 years.
