Global investors, with "eyes" on Albania - AIDA at the real estate fair in France
For the first time, Albania participates with the support of AIDA (Albanian Investment Development Agency) in MIPIM Cannes 2025, the world's largest real estate fair. Important Albanian actors have presented various investment projects in the luxury real estate market in cities and on the coast, a sector that is experiencing extraordinary development in Albania. The fair is being held in Cannes, France from March 10 to 14, 2025.
AIDA's participation in this event aims to present architectural projects and investment opportunities in Albania in the real estate sector, placing the country on the global map of investments in this sector.
MIPIM is one of the world's largest real estate fairs, gathering over 20,000 delegates from all over the world. The event attracts investors managing over 4 trillion euros in assets, making it a key platform for major investment deals. Participants come from 90 countries, including investors, developers, public authorities, architects and other professionals in the sector. MIPIM also features over 300 exhibition stands, where countries, cities and companies promote their latest projects and create new collaboration opportunities.
At its stand, AIDA represents four Albanian companies in the sector: Concord Investment, TDT & Partners, Rozafa-A and E&A Investment, which present important projects for urban and architectural development in Albania.
MIPIM brings together the world's leading real estate industry leaders, including investors, developers, architects, urban planners and public authority representatives from around the world, every year. This fair is an important opportunity to discuss the latest trends in the sector, address market challenges and forge new partnerships on an international level.
During its participation in MIPIM 2025, AIDA has signed a cooperation agreement with the Miami Association of REALTORS, the renowned organization of real estate professionals in the United States of America. This agreement aims to promote Albania as an attractive destination for real estate investments, creating new opportunities for cooperation and information exchange with a global network of professionals in this industry.
This platform will help increase the visibility of the Albanian real estate market, making it more accessible to foreign investors.
