Çikopana: The initial registration of cadastral areas throughout the country will be completed within 2026!
The Director of Internal Audit at the State Cadastre Agency, Erisela Çikopana, announced during the hearing session of the Subcommittee on Public Sector Audit that the initial registration of cadastral areas throughout the country will be completed within 2026.
"In implementation of the Growth Plan for Albania and the national reform agenda, ASHK has been committed to fulfilling priorities such as the digitalization of cadastral data with the scanning of all references, the digitalization of cadastral property cards and maps within 2026, as well as the completion of the initial registration in all cadastral areas," she said.
Çikopana also announced that so far the registration has been completed for 91% of the areas and at the same time that ASHK is working to complete the legal framework.
"I am working on two draft acts, one for determining the methodology for calculating land value prices, which is being awaited by all actors operating in the property field, and one for the land value map."
"ASH is committed to drafting a strategic plan document, the first of its kind for this institution," she announced.
