Gonxha: Over 196 thousand pensioners withdrew the "spring bonus"!
The Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Blendi Gonxhja, announced today that 196,114 pensioners have withdrawn the "spring bonus" in the first days of the start of distribution and the deadline for it is until the end of September.
"196,114 pensioners across Albania have withdrawn the spring bonus. 10,000 lek bonus for basic pensions up to 20,000 lek; 5,000 lek bonus for pensions over 20,000 lek. The bonus can be withdrawn until September 30, 2025, at any Albanian Post office and second-tier banks," Gonxha said.
730,430 pensioners benefit from this bonus, while all those who have not yet withdrawn their year-end bonus can withdraw it until June 30, 2025.
Authorities in the country have announced that the new pension scheme will be ready by the end of this year.
