New building for Kamëz Municipality / Tender opens with a fund limit of 533.8 million lek
The Municipality of Kamza will be rebuilt with an underground parking lot. The surrounding square will also be rehabilitated. The procedure with an estimated limit fund of 533 million and 886 thousand lek has been published in the Public Procurement Agency.
According to the documentation, the new municipality building will be a three-story structure with underground parking. The shape of the building is relatively regular and will contain all the elements of a modern administrative building.
The project location is determined at “Fusha” behind the Municipality, along Venecia Street, in Kamëz. The proposed project includes the complete construction of a civil-administrative building with all component elements, including: structural support works, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical installations, fire protection systems.
All works will be carried out in accordance with design conditions and construction standards in Albania, while also respecting the technical legislation of the European Union, within the framework of the approximation of international legislation and practices.
The deadline for the full implementation of the project is 24 months, starting from the moment of signing the contract with the winning operator. For economic operators, the deadline for submitting bids is August 11, 2025, at 10:00.
This project is expected to bring not only a physical transformation of the area surrounding the municipality, but also to improve the parking infrastructure.
