Nearly 500 million lek for the Valias Educational Farm - Tender opens for the construction of the multifunctional park within the framework of "100 villages"
The Albanian Development Fund has announced the opening of the tender for the creation of an integrated development model in the form of a multifunctional park with the theme of 100 villages: Valias Didactic Farm.
The limit fund for this project is estimated at 499 million and 725 thousand lekë, which is expected to become a reference center for innovation in agriculture, education and rural development.
The "Valias Educational Farm" project will bring innovation to the development of the area and farms, but at the same time will serve the higher education institution, the Agricultural University of Tirana, to develop students' teaching practices there.
According to the document published by the Public Procurement Agency, geographically the project area includes the entire space between the streets "Thethi", "Suleve" "Kallareve" and "Willson", part of the Kamëz municipality. This space will be put into a function of an integrated model, including the educational aspect. It is also emphasized that this project conforms to contemporary standards.
The space covers an area of 15 ha. This area is under the administration of the Agricultural University of Tirana. The first didactic farm in the country will serve as an Experimental Didactic Farm for the needs of UBT, where lecturers and students will be involved, but experimental processes will also be developed in this modern space.
