ADFZ, tender 341 million lek for the infrastructure of the former CEC buildings - Deadline for interested operators, until November 25, 2024
The Albanian Development Fund has opened the tender for supporting the accommodation infrastructure of the CEC; construction of storage buildings, SEC/EX-CEC with a limited fund of ALL 341,454,644.42.
In the technical report published by the Public Procurement Agency, it is stated that the goal is to prepare the permit project for the development of this area within the framework of the improvement of the road and urban infrastructure. The project consists of three buildings separated from each other by a 10 cm gap. The first building will have 2 floors above the ground and will serve as office space. The other two buildings will have 1 floor above the ground and will serve as a warehouse.
The target territory for the development of the project is positioned in the Municipality of Tirana, in the North-Eastern edge of the city, at a distance of about 6.8 km from the city center and is accessed through the main roads, "Rruga e Dibrë" and "Myslym Keta".
This territory has an almost triangular shape and is in direct contact with "Myslym Keta" road in most of it and also in direct contact with the roundabout towards Arbri road. Interested operators will have time until November 25, 2024 to submit their offers related to this procedure.
